Assessment
We start with your child, not a membership tier.
Every ongoing membership begins with a G.L.O.W. Assessment: a structured family consultation and a careful review of your child’s last three school reports. Within 48 hours, you receive a written profile of your child and a personal recommendation on which membership we believe is right for them.
This is the foundation of everything that follows.

Guided
When parents are regularly and clearly informed, children do better academically and they are happier. Guided exists to make sure you are always that parent.
A study published in Frontiers (Psychology) found that the relationship between a child’s academic achievement and their emotional wellbeing was only significant in families receiving regular, structured communication about their child’s progress. In families where that communication was low, no positive association was observed at all.
The research also shows why. When parents step in without the full picture, children push back, and homework becomes a battle. When you know exactly what is happening and what would help, your involvement lands differently: conversations about school feel natural, and homework and revision stop being a struggle. The right information at the right time is what makes the difference, and Guided is built entirely around it.

For families who need the whole picture held, not just one part of it.
Your child receives two sessions every week. One is academic, working across different subjects as the year demands, switching core subject focus when exams, transitions, or pressure points require it. The other is pastoral: a dedicated space to work through how school is feeling and how they are managing it; to build the organisation, revision habits, and emotional resilience, ensuring school life is calm, enjoyable and well prepared for.
Alongside the sessions, a dedicated Education Manager tracks the whole of your child’s school life across the year. Not one subject. All of it. Academic progress, school feedback, test results, emerging concerns, and anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem.
As a parent, you are completely in the loop without it taking up your time and energy. The weight of managing your child’s education lifts. You feel calmer at home, clearer at work, and genuinely reassured that your child is known, supported, and never navigating the important moments alone.
